What we offer

The Biobank Unit, listed among the university's additional departments, processes and stores biological samples for research and provides DNA and RNA isolation and related services through ACUTAB. It underpins the ACURARE Rare Disease Biobank and the School of Medicine's declared research area of biobanking, and works with the Molecular Biology Laboratory and the Molecular Genetics Laboratory (IMGAL).
