NutriEra — Nutrition Research Group
Nutrition as a biological, behavioural and social process: evidence for safe, sustainable, health-promoting eating.
- 10members
What we work on
NutriEra brings together researchers in nutrition and dietetics who see nutrition not only as a biological need but as a behavioural, psychological and social process. Guided by scientific curiosity, ethical responsibility and contribution to society, the group combines the different dimensions of nutrition science. Its aim is to strengthen safe, sustainable and health-supporting approaches to nutrition with scientific evidence and to carry that knowledge into clinical practice and public health.
Research lines include chrononutrition and the timing of meals, sports nutrition, clinical nutrition and dietetic practice, food safety and sustainable diets. The group welcomes academics, students and collaboration partners who are interested in research.
