RSE Network Support and Research Meeting
The event titled "Artificial Intelligence Workshop in Neuroscience" organized by the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences of our University on January 24 was held with the participation of 75 people as a hybrid.
The “Simulation and Advanced Technology Symposium”, which was organized for the fifth time this year in cooperation with ACUMSA Club, ACUTBAT Club and CASE (Clinical Simulation and Advanced Endoscopic-Robotic Surgery Center), took place on 6-7 January.
Our post-graduate and doctoral students, who continue their studies in our Biomaterials Center, presented the results of their studies at the 26.
The project, in which Elif Bengu Kizilay is a partner, was entitled to receive support within the scope of TUBITAK 2209-A
Neval Sevinc Ozdemir, a PhD student at ACU Biomaterials presented her results at #ESB2022 as a poster “Improvement of Epithelial and Endothelial Cell Attachment and Profliferation Rate on Poly(caprolactone) Microfibrous Meshes”.
Gözde Ervin Köle, a PhD student at ACU Biomaterials Center presented her results at #ESB2022 as a poster “Integration of Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Derived Fibroblast Loaded Hydrogel Over the Tubular Scaffold to Mimic the External Layer of Blood Vessel”.
Prof. Dr. Halime Kenar was appointed as a working group member to the COST Program's NETSKINMODELS action

Based on the book “Fundamentals of Biomaterials” written by Prof. Nesrin Hasirci and Prof. Vasif Hasirci, which was distributed by Springer Nature in 2018, is printed out this month as a text book in Turkish language with addendum.
