Next-Generation Genomic Approaches Presented at the Clinical Immunology Congress
At the 12th International Clinical Immunology Congress held in Antalya, April 8–11, 2026, Assoc. Prof. Özlem Akgün Doğan (@ozlem_akgundogan ), Vice Director of ACURARE, presented “The Role of Next-Generation Sequencing and CNVs in Genetic Diagnosis” in the session on Autoimmune and Autoinflammatory Diseases.
The session highlighted how advanced genomic tools are reshaping diagnosis at the intersection of immunology and genetics.
The project TCR-MAP, with Prof. Günseli Bayram Akçapınar of Medical Biotechnology as a researcher, is selected for funding under the Research Universities Support Programme.
