The SMA Workshop
The SMA Workshop, organized by the Istanbul Bar Association Health Law Center, where ACURARE faculty member Dr. Ozkan Ozdemir made a presentation titled "New Generation Approaches to SMA and Rare Diseases", was held on Thursday, June 15, 2023 between 11.00-15.30 at the Istanbul Bar Association Cultural Center and on Friday, June 16, 2023 at the Istanbul Bar Association Headquarters Building 6th Floor Meeting Room.
The project TCR-MAP, with Prof. Günseli Bayram Akçapınar of Medical Biotechnology as a researcher, is selected for funding under the Research Universities Support Programme.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Prof. Geert Mortier, a leading expert in clinical genetics and dysmorphology, to ACURARE.
ACURARE Vice Director Prof. Özden Hatırnaz Ng (@ozdenhatirnaz ) participated in the 17th ICORD Annual Meeting, held in İzmir on November 14–16, 2025.
